Who should apply?
Those desiring to laugh at will, change their mood and health, Those
wishing to start and lead a laughter club. Professional counselors,
health professionals, teachers, personal trainers, foster parents,
volunteers and those working with youth and seniors, all kinds of
performers and YOU :~D
You will:
Investigate the benefits, history and concepts of Laughter Yoga.
Practice over 50 different laughter exercises and 10 or more breathing techniques.
Create your own personal laughter and breathing exercises.
Learn how to unlock your own uninhibited laughter fountain.
Practice leading laughter yoga sessions.
Discuss how to adapt Laughter Yoga to differing age, corporate and health populations.
Develop the skills to lead Yoga Nidre (relaxation energy healing technique) to complete a Laughter Yoga Session.
Practice short term "grounding techniques" when full Yoga Nidre is not practical in the environment.
Learn how to promote Laughter Yoga in your family, work environment, corporate and other areas.
Receive a copy of Dr. Kataria’s official Laughter Yoga Leader training manual.
Earn the CLYL certification and receive the only official diploma from Dr. Kataria’s School of Laughter Yoga.
Receive ongoing support as you lead others, giving Laughter Yoga presentations and Laughing Joyfully in your own laughter club, corporate venues and on the phone.
Linda Batchelor-Ballew is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, a CLYTeacher and a Laughter Ambassador. Including hosting the 6am EST Laughter on the phone, she offers over 400 "Pro Bono" sessions a year.
Her professional range of laughter services include Keynote Speaking, Corporate, Senior, Church, Family, Children's Parties, Retreats, Mentally Disabled Adult, and Individual Laughter Coaching.
She is a Breast Cancer Survivor (1991) and is currently using Laughter Yoga successfully to enhance her healing from Stage IV Breast Caner.
Linda holds small classes to give you individual attention. She lives in the city so ensuring the availability of follow up help and mentoring, if so desired.

Located near to restaurants for lunch. Refreshments and snacks provided during morning and afternoon breaks.
Fee. $295.00. Early bird discount $100.00 if received cash or check by 21st September. Student and senior scholarships may be available upon application. Bring a friend and save them either the early bird or a friendship discount of $50. Discounts and scholarships may not be combined.
