Laughter Yoga is not about happiness. It is about joy. While happiness is a complex mental condition and depends upon many life conditions, joy is a physical phenomenon, a gift from God, that can be created at will, even if you are not feeling good.
Shared Joy creates a bond, opens the connection to higher power in natural joy, enhances worship, increases natural productivity of prayer and praise, increases creativity, supports us emotionally in times of stress and provides another path to connect spiritually with our church family.

It is easy to become joyful through laughter exercises and develop our childlike playfulness. Joyfulness through laughter is the fastest way to create a positive state of mind. Joy teaches us to enjoy what we are given today and every day. It gives life a new purpose and meaning. It shows our life as a blessed place.
